How To Buy Cars From Japan Through The Auctions
BIDDING PROCEDURE
Access the bidding system, select the vehicle you wish to bid on, and enter your offer. You can also communicate with your account manager, who, in collaboration with the MIR TRADING purchasing team, will assist you with relevant information regarding the vehicle's condition and bid on your behalf in the Japanese auction.
Winning bid and payment submission
Once your winning bid is confirmed, your account manager will issue a Proforma Invoice. You will be required to remit the first installment payment to initiate the shipment process.
MIR TRADING will ship the car
As soon as the first payment is confirmed, MIR TRADING will arrange the booking on the next available vessel and ship your vehicle.
Final Payment and Document Releasing
Prior to the arrival of the vehicle at the destination port, MIR TRADING will request you for the final payment. Once the final payment is confirmed, MIR TRADING will send you the necessary paperwork to release the car.
Vehicle Release at the Local Port
Go to the destination port to release and enjoy your new vehicle!
